Happy Ever After

The completion of my Wedding Illustration Masterclass Training

The Live Wedding Illustration Masterclass with Scott W Mason has been brilliant and so informative. It was only supposed to be a short 4-week course, but the modules kept on growing and growing and it’s surprising how much there is to learn about Wedding Illustration. The possibilities are endless! This is the one and only time that Scott is running this course “Live”, so I feel very privileged to have been part of it. The 1:1 feedback was invaluable. Now I am open for bookings and have some slots available, so you can see more of my Wedding Portfolio and how it works here:

For the grand finale, I created scenes at the reception, such as these:

And this Couples Portrait:

A newly married couple, illustrated in watercolour with a few embellishments in gel pen.

I returned to using watercolours, rather than Promarkers for these. I just feel that watercolours are more suitable for weddings, more dreamy to use.

The following images are my Roving Reportage style. These are just a quick snapshot of cute events spotted at weddings, sketched out quickly in pencil as they happen, and then added to with watercolour, memory and imagination afterwards! I had a lot of fun with these:

And finally, the little details that make everything extra special:

Do let me know if you have an event coming up, I would love to be your illustrator for the day!

And now I’ve started another one of Scott W Mason’s Masterclass courses. This one is the Fashion Illustration Portfolio Bootcamp, so get ready for some Notes, Posts and Blogs coming up soon.

Have a wonderful week, dabbling gleefully in whatever takes your artistic fancy!
