Live Event Illustration

Live event illustration helps your guests to remember your special event.

Having a live event illustrator makes your event stand out. Guests have more fun, engagement and interaction.

The fun continues when guests tag themselves, and you, on their socials and raise awareness of your fabulous event!

“Thank you for creating such a fun and vibrant party scene. We love the result! We shall get some prints and cards made too.

Will definitely recommend you.”

How Live Event Illustration Works — A Simple Overview

  • Before the Event

We can schedule a call to discuss the venue setup, expected guest numbers, and whether illustrations should be done live, from photos, or a mix of both.

I typically create around 18–20 full colour illustrations in a three‑hour session (Around 10minutes per guest)

Illustrations are created using ProMarker pens, and A5 card or larger foamboard.

I bring all materials. All I need on-site is a table and chair.

  • During the Event

I arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up.

A clear sign explains the illustration process so guests know exactly what to expect.  I work from photos to keep things moving efficiently.

Finished illustrations are displayed in protective sleeves for guests to collect at their convenience. Guests are always welcome to watch the drawing process.

If demand exceeds available time, I can complete additional illustrations in my studio afterward.

  • After the Event:

Within a week, I’ll check in to ensure everything met expectations and to discuss any additional illustrations you may want.

I’m always happy to support future brand events, launches, or celebrations.
