There’s something so gorgeously satisfying about drawing jewellery. I find it amazing that by just adding different layers of the same colour these stunning, glittering effects appear! And it’s the bits I leave out (the white space highlights) that make them shimmer.
Similarly, just a quick pencil stroke on top of a watercolour wash can give enough texture to show cork, like in these corking platform shoes!
The smallest things can make the biggest difference…
